This course includes a video, textbook, and workbook. You will be taught temperament theory, temperament therapy, and temperament testing. You will learn how to identify the "hidden" problems and how to Coach those who turn to you for help to overcome barriers and go forward. It will also teach you how to provide the client with a session-by-session plan, so they will know in advance what to expect at each session. This encourages expectation because they understand that you have a course of action, a plan to move forward. This course is taught to counselors, as well as Life Coaches and Consultants. The courses in our Life Coach program will teach you to use this model in a Life Coaching format.
